Hedgy & Hefty are brother and sister.
Hedgy spends his time in Senior Infants 1 reading books, writing sight word sentences and listening to Catherine’s lovely Connemara ‘blas’.
Hefty, on the other hand, prefers to lounge around in Senior Infants 2, eyeing up the hot lunches and checking to see if there are any leftovers.
Both hedgehogs LOVE the Heggerty Programme that the children take part in every morning.
They look out for who will take the title of ‘Heggerty Hero’ each day and keep an eye out for who is following the actions and trying their best!
Hedgy and Hefty are loving life in the Senior Infant classrooms and are very flattered by the portraits the children made of them this week!
Check back here for more updates from Hedgy & Hefty soon!
